To Our Valued Customers and Families,

At Drake Medox Health Services the safety and health of our clients, their families and our employees is our greatest priority. Please know that Drake Medox is taking every precaution to ensure everyone’s well being and safety throughout this unprecedented time.

We have implemented the following health safety processes in relation to COVID 19:

  • We are in constant communication with the Public Health Authority to remain current with COVID 19 information and guidelines for Infection Prevention and control
  • We are providing current and updated information to our employees and clients regarding COVID 19 signs and symptoms, infection prevention, self monitoring and self isolation protocols
  • Providing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for employees to decrease risks of infection and transmission during direct care procedures
  • Our Drake Medox Managers and Service Coordinators are continuously screening employees and clients to identify risk factors for COVID 19 infection and transmission, and where necessary, providing specific direction for Infection prevention and control measures
