In the 15 years that I have lived with a C5 spinal cord injury, Drake Medox is by far the best agency I have engaged for in-home care. They build a team of workers specifically matched to your personality, goals, and clinical/personal care needs before services even commence and provide them with excellent customized training to do their jobs safely. This way there is no need to outsource to unknown workers because you already have a pool of workers trained in your care to cover for the inevitable times a worker must call in sick, take leave, etc.

The office staff are approachable and easy to get in touch with, and it really helps that most of them are medically trained. I live alone with no family support and run my own small business at the same time as studying a postgrad law degree, and there is no way would be able to do all that without the friendly and consistent support provided by Drake Medox. I've been with them for one year now and still couldn't be happier.

Drake Medox helps with all my daily tasks. They clean my apartment and take me shopping and to my medical appointment.
