Drake Medox Health Services are very professional service people. Interview was very coordinated and explained every detail. I have the same health care worker, Lisa, for about 2 months, twice a week. What a very good and loyal worker. We get along very well and she is a pleasure to have.  We always work out which days are available for both of us.

I have been a client of Drake Medox since 2017 after my Spinal Cord Injury. The nurses have been outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond their duties and requirements for myself and my wife.

I would like to thank you for sending to me 2 wonderful healthcare aides to help me prepare for my procedure.  Both Victoria and Oluchi were attentive, kind and caring and  Oluchi came back and stayed overnight and cared for me after I arrived home from the hospital.

In the 15 years that I have lived with a C5 spinal cord injury, Drake Medox is by far the best agency I have engaged for in-home care. They build a team of workers specifically matched to your personality, goals, and clinical/personal care needs before services even commence and provide them with excellent customized training to do their jobs safely. This way there is no need to outsource to unknown workers because you already have a pool of workers trained in your care to cover for the inevitable times a worker must call in sick, take leave, etc.

The office staff are approachable and easy to get in touch with, and it really helps that most of them are medically trained. I live alone with no family support and run my own small business at the same time as studying a postgrad law degree, and there is no way would be able to do all that without the friendly and consistent support provided by Drake Medox. I've been with them for one year now and still couldn't be happier.

Drake Medox helps with all my daily tasks. They clean my apartment and take me shopping and to my medical appointment.

The staff listen to me and as supportive when I am having a bad. They are very good company. I love them all like family.
